House rules<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sir\u00e1ly Beach - G\u00e1rdony<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sir\u00e1ly Beach<\/strong>\u00a0opening hours: 01.06.2020 \u2013 08.31.2020 between every day from 08:00 to 20:00. Swimming in the water is possible from June 1 to 8:31 a.m., when bathers are watched by a lifeguard.<\/p>\n

The Sir\u00e1ly <\/strong>Beach<\/strong> its cash desks are open every day from 08:00 to 19:30. It is not possible to enter after the checkout!<\/p>\n

Children under the age of 6, or children under the age of 14 who cannot swim, can only enter the beach bath area accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n

Over the age of 3, the use of a swimsuit or swimming trunks is mandatory!<\/p>\n

In the land area of the spa and in the water area bordered by buoys, you must strive to behave in such a way that you do not disturb other spa guests, or cause discomfort or offense to others.<\/p>\n

Anyone who does not comply with the House Rules may be refused further beach service by the lifeguard, as well as by the management and employees of the beach spa, and must leave the beach. Anyone who violates the rules may be denied access to the beach later.<\/p>\n

The water beach area bordered by buoys is provided by the Lifeguard. In case of beach guests leaving the area towards open water a \u00a0Sir\u00e1ly Beach<\/strong>\u00a0its operator no longer assumes responsibility for any accidents that may occur.<\/p>\n

All bathers must follow the instructions of the swimming instructor and the staff and managers of the beach.<\/p>\n

Everyone can use the sports field and playground equipment in the beach spa area only at their own risk, we are not responsible for any resulting injuries.<\/p>\n

Please place cups, glass, paper, food waste and garbage in the designated waste containers.<\/p>\n

The use of toilets, showers and sinks in the spa is free of charge. Please ensure that they are clean.<\/p>\n

First aid is provided free of charge at the designated location.<\/p>\n

We are not responsible for the safety of personal items, the guest must take care of their protection.<\/p>\n

Spa guests are not allowed to stay in the spa area after closing time!<\/p>\n

\u00a0In any case, found objects must be handed in at the ticket office: where the rightful owner can collect them after clearly identifying the object by showing their identity card and registering the handover.<\/p>\n

\u00a0By entering the beach area, the spa guest accepts at the same time that if a picture or video recording is made in which he can be seen, he cannot make any claims against the operators, the creators of the recording, or its legitimate users. All guests who appear in the recordings can only be named with their consent.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Anyone who intentionally damages or steals the equipment of the beach bath may be obliged to compensate for the damage, may be prosecuted and banned from the beach bath area.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Smoking is prohibited on the beach, except in designated areas!<\/p>\n

\u00a0The\u00a0Sir\u00e1ly Beach<\/strong>\u00a0all beach guests must leave the area by 20:10!<\/p>\n

\u00a0Between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., the lifeguard service ceases, during this period the responsibility for the safety of those bathing in the lake rests with the Napsug\u00e1r Beach\u00a0Sir\u00e1ly Beach<\/strong>\u00a0management cannot undertake.<\/p>\n
